Aaron's Insight: The Global Recruitment Conference
Aaron just returned from a global recruitment conference held in Savannah, Georgia , USA. The invitation-only conference was attended by Recruitment Business Owners and Managers from the USA, Canada, China, Russia, United Kingdom and even by our friends from New Zealand.
Aaron’s main take away from the conference is: “things are not as dire as what the media makes out”. Yes the business climate in the UK and US is not as good as in Australia, but overall we were all agreeing that this year....

How to ACE the telephone interview!
The phone interview is a normal part of the recruitment process and mastering it is critcial in any job market.
Here are some tips for your next phone interview;
• Remain as relaxed as you can.
• Have your resume, the job ad and your application in front of you, if possible.
• If the call occurs when you are in a location with no privacy, try to reschedule the interview to a mutually convenient time.
