This well known company has doubled in size in the past eight years and has staff across corporate, administration, finance, operations and maintenance areas.

Reporting to the CEO, this diverse role will suit a hands on HR professional with a minimum 3-5 years generalist experience.

Responsibilities include:
•Recruitment, performance appraisals and the establishment of KPI’s
•The maintenance, development, review and implementation of HR policies
•Advising on contracts, reviews and workplace inductions
•Performance Management and Reviews
•Coaching and advising on HR/IR and rehab issues
•Overseeing WH&S development requirements
•Training requirements and workshop delivery

Your superb people and coaching ability, strong attention to detail and excellent written skills will be fully appreciated.

Relevant HR qualifications are required and current WHSO/Rehab and training certifications will be well regarded.

This is a stable team environment and a unique work culture. An attractive renumeration package will be negotiated depending on experience.
